Contextual Text Links Are Great for Blogs
Blogging is the sharing of information and commentary to one's own blog page and to other blog pages. This has become very popular as it is possible for anybody to get a blog up and running in very little time. Blogs are usually free and have few restrictions. This is a great opportunity to use contextual text links. These are links which are relevant to both the article and to the web site the reader can opt to view. Back links are links within an article that take a reader to another web page and may or may not be relevant, it is best to use back links that are also contextual. Blogging can and should be fun as long as the written word is factual.
Within a blog, articles can be submitted. This could be information that is either written by the poster or purchased from an article resource bank. These articles should be specific to customers interests. By purchasing articles with specified keywords a blogger will have fresh copy to post in a reasonable amount of time. Contextual text links can be linked to the keywords. The secret to getting a blog noticed is to be certain that posting is frequent and up to date. If a blog sits with little activity it is bound to die and will be harder to revive. If this happens the best thing to do is to set up a new blog.
What does one publish to a blog? To say the sky is the limit would be exaggerating. A blog, in order to be successful, must have topics relevant to the theme of the blog. If the desire is to have the reader click on contextual text links that lead to a business site then the posts must be about anything related to the business. Keeping the posts exciting is vital.
If the goal is to draw a viewer to a business site then the post needs to be about a certain feature that leads to the website. If a business site is about men's attire a post could be about what a man should wear to be noticed on the job. In the post it could be stated about keeping up with the latest trends in business suits. The words "business suits" could have a contextual text link that would take the reader to a web page featuring men's business suits. It is all about being relevant and using one back link per 100 words of a blog. That is basically all there is to it.
